For OS 7.0 or up
Go to icon Options -->Device-->Advanced System Settings-->TCP IP
click APN Settings Enabled
APN:{your provider}
click APN Authentication Enabled
Username for APN : {username}
Password for APN : {password}

for Other OS of blackberry
From home screen open menu choose Options-->Advanced Options --> TCP/IP
click APN Settings Enabled
APN:{your provider}
click APN Authentication Enabled
Username for APN : {username}
Password for APN : {password}
